Winter is coming. We may not be living a Game of Thrones episode, but it does mean that in the Northern Hemisphere, the days will be shorter and the temperatures colder. Some of us may find this season particularly challenging for our mental and emotional health, especially as pandemic public health guidelines restrict many of our familiar activities.
